The Government's decision to make the quarantine more flexible is a bet that implies a change in the behavior of Colombians in public space, on which the success or failure of the measure will depend, to a large extent. We invited three experts in behavioral sciences to this "Talk at La Silla" to understand the implications of this crisis on our habits and life in society. They are Santiago Borda, Instinctive Partner, behavioral science consultant; María Cecilia Dedios, professor and researcher at the School of Government of the Universidad de los Andes and Carlos Scartascini, Leader of the IDB's Behavioral Economics Group.
